2017 Fantasy Football Week 7 Rankings

on

Another week another major injury. This past week we have lost who many in the game call the best player, Aaron Rodgers. A broken collarbone is likely to sideline him the rest of the season.

It will be tough for the Packers as well as his Fantasy Football owners. The stakes are not quite the same, but one thing they both have in common is they must move on. That is what we at Fantasy Six Pack are here to do with the 2017 Fantasy Football Week 7 Rankings.

Unfortunately, there were other injuries besides just Rodgers. Jameis Winston, Emmanuel Sanders, Golden Tate and Leonard Fournette top the list of ailing stars. Read blow for more info on their status for the upcoming week.

Heading into Week 7 we have two teams on bye. Detroit and Houston.

2017 Fantasy Football Week 7 Rankings

Each week I will be giving some notes for things you will want to keep an eye on as the week progresses. It will be mostly injury related, but anything that could affect the rankings, that we know about, will be mentioned. Then you can come back and review the rankings as lineup lock get closer.

  • Jameis Winston who missed most of Week 6 with a shoulder injury, is very questionable for Week 7. Right now the team says he will play. (active)
  • Bilal Powell still dealing with a calf injury is looking to get back on the field in Week 7. (active)
  • Emmanuel Sanders is going to miss Week 7 with an ankle injury and could miss more past that. (inactive)
  • Golden Tate is set to miss multiple weeks with a shoulder injury. I wanted to make sure I mentioned this, even with the Lions on bye.
  • Leonard Fournette suffered an ankle injury. It is be called minor and they said he will play. (inactive)
  • DeVante Parker‘s ankle kept him out of Week 6. Right now we have him listed to play, but that could change quickly. (inactive)
  • Stefon Diggs will look to get back on the field after his groin injury held him out of Week 6 (inactive)
  • Sterling Shepard is hoping to play this week after missing last game with an ankle injury.
  • DeMarco Murray still nursing a hamstring injury is likely to play, but it is limiting him a little on the field. (active)
  • Robert Kelley is hoping to return this week from his ankle injury.
  • Mohamed Sanu is still listed week to week with a hamstring injury.
  • Terrance West is also dealing with his calf injury and unlikely to play.
  • Jeremy Maclin missed Week 6 with a shoulder injury and his status for Week 7 is up in the air. (inactive)
  • Jordan Matthews recovering from thumb surgery and is listed as questionable, but doubtful in my mind. (active)
  • Kenny Britt is still dealing with a knee injury, but even if he is healthy there is no guarantee how active he will be. (active)
  • Charcandrick West is in the concussion protocol. With it being a Thursday night game, it is very unlikely he plays.
