At this point in the season, one of the big ways to improve your team is by trading. We pinpoint some players that are good buy low and sell high candidates for you to target in trades.

Some of the players we cover are:

Injuries

Injuries are piling up and it there are lot of major players getting affected. Those include Noah Syndergaard, Yoenis Cespedes, Josh Donaldson, Miguel Cabrera, Shohei Ohtani and Stephen Strasburg.

We give the latest update on these players, including when you can expect them to return.

Waivers

We mention trades, but normal waiver pickups will still be made every week. A few players that we like for this week are Clayton Richard, Junior Guerra and Joc Pederson.
