2017-18 Fantasy Premier League Week 33 Transfers

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Forward, £10.8

Arsenal fans rejoice, you got your man. Ever since Van Persie infamously ditched the Gunners for the Red Devils, there’s been a gaping hole in the number nine slot, but the Gabonian pace merchant seems to fit the bill. Aubameyang hasn’t missed a minute of Premier League action since signing and has racked up an impressive five goals and an assist in a mere six games. It’s no wonder he’s the second most transferred in player this week, he’s worth every penny.

Luka Milivojevic, Midfielder, £5.0

Crystal Palace may be facing the drop, but all Milivojevic sees is the back of the net. A recent formation change by Roy Hodgson has thrust Luka into a more attacking midfield role, and he has reaped the rewards. The Yugoslavian has an impressive two goals, and more importantly, nineteen points, in his recent two games. On top of his solid form, Palace’s final six games include five relegation battlers and six winnable games. At just £5.0, he is a perfect budget option for your FPL squad.

Dele Alli, Midfielder, £8.9

Say what you will about Dele Alli, call him a diving cheat, unprofessional, the English Leonardo Di Capprio, but his consistency on the pitch is undeniable. A MOTM display against Chelsea and five goal contributions in three games later, Dele is solidifying his place among the top. Tottenham even has a double gameweek in week 34 and 38, so expect the points to keep rolling in. The only question left for me is how Spurs have managed to keep him at the club.

Benjamin Chillwell, Defender, £4.4

Leicester City may be synonymous with the silky dribbling of Mahrez or Vardy’s goal-scoring prowess, but their one constant has been a solid defense behind them. While Chillwell may be new to the first eleven, he has started the last five and even assisted twice in the last couple games. I’m not going to tell you he’s the best defender available there, players like Valencia and Otamendi still stand above, but he is undoubtedly the best defender for the price. Leicester have a fairly easy run of games up until Arsenal and Spurs in week 38, so definitely consider Chillwell.
