2017 Fantasy Football Week 12 Rankings

2018 Fantasy Football Rankings

I spoke a little bit last week about making moves or trades to position your team better for the playoffs. This week I mention starting to pick up and stash defenses for the playoffs. You'll want to target those juicy matchups against struggling offenses such as the Packers, Giants, etc.

Now this will only work if you have a couple of available spots on your roster now that the bye weeks are over and you no longer need the depth. Of course, if your team is so strong that you would have to drop a top 20-30 position player, then I would not do it. The last thing you want is to give your opponent a good player to start against you.

Jonathan Chan discusses this strategy a little bit as well in his Week 12 Drop List.
