2018 Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings

It is time for the 2018 Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings. Week 3 we saw a lot of surprises, headlined by the Buffalo Bills taking out the Minnesota Vikings. Bills did not just win, they destroyed them. This knocked out a lot of people still alive in their survivor leagues, including yours truly.

Of course, Week 3 started with what might not have been a surprise but was a great story. The Browns won their first game in over 600 days. It wasn’t looking good for them early, but Tyrod Taylor was knocked out of the game and in came rookie Baker Mayfield. The team, especially the offense lit up with him on the field and they came back to win the game. It was exciting to see happen and great for the city of Cleveland.

For Week 4 we have the start of the dreaded bye weeks. This week there are only two teams, the Carolina Panthers and Washington Redskins.

2018 Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings

Each week I will be giving some notes for things you will want to keep an eye on as the week progresses. It will be mostly injury related, but anything that could affect the rankings, that we know about, will be mentioned. Then you can come back and review the rankings as lineup lock get closer.

  • Devonta Freeman is still questionable with a knee injury.
  • LeSean McCoy missed Week 3, but is “progressing well” for Week 4.
  • A.J. Green injured his groin in Week 3 and is questionable.
  • There is a possibility Joe Mixon plays, however, I would be shocked if he does play.
  • Marlon Mack is still dealing with a hamstring injury.
  • Leonard Fournette surprisingly did not play in Week 3 and is still listed as questionable.
  • Dalvin Cook is struggling to return from his hamstring injury and seems unlikely to play on Thursday.
  • Rex Burkhead injured his neck in Week 3. His status is unknown right now.
  • Evan Engram is dealing with MCL sprain and his status is week t0 week.
  • Jay Ajayi is probable to play after missing Week 3 with a back injury.
