2018 NFL DFS Week 7 Team Stacks

on

For the second week in a row, the Kansas City Chiefs will be playing on Sunday Night Football. That means no Patrick Mahomes/Kareem Hunt/Tyreek Hill/Travis Kelce stacks in the Week 7 main slate. They are home against the Cincinnati Bengals and this game features the highest over/under this week at 58 points.

We also lose Saquon Barkley for a second week in a row, as the New York Giants play in Atlanta against the Falcons on Monday Night Football. We lose those Matt Ryan/Julio Jones/Mohamed Sanu/Austin Hooper stacks for the main slate.

There is also a 9:30 am EST London game at Wembley Stadium again this week, as the Los Angeles Chargers “host” the Tennessee Titans.

On top of those players not being available, the Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders are on bye weeks.

In what will prove to be a very weird DFS week, it’s safe to assume DFS players will be all over the Los Angeles Rams (Jared Goff/Todd Gurley/Robert Woods) @ San Francisco 49ers (C.J. Beathard/Marquise Goodwin/George Kittle) matchup. The over/under of this game is 52.5 points.

Another popular play will be the Cleveland Browns (Baker Mayfield/Jarvis Landry/David Njoku) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Jameis Winston/Mike Evans/DeSean Jackson/Cameron Brate/O.J. Howard) matchup. This game has 51.5 point over/under.

Let’s take a look at some other team stacks that can help you take down a GPP in Week 7!

Make sure you take advantage of the DFS Projections and free lineup optimizer!

New Orleans Saints @ Baltimore Ravens

Saints

Drew Brees
Mark Ingram
Alvin Kamara
Michael Thomas
Tre’Quan Smith

Coming off the bye week, Brees has had plenty of time to scout this Ravens defense that has allowed the least fantasy points to opposing QBs. However, they have faced Josh Allen/Nathan Peterman, Case Keenum and Marcus Mariota. Baker Mayfield threw for 342 yards on them and Andy Dalton completed four touchdown passes.

Ingram returned to the Saints in Week 5 and scored two touchdowns, as the Saints blew out the Redskins. He makes the offense that much more dynamic.

Kamara has had plenty of rest over the past couple weeks, playing just 47% of the snaps before the bye week. Again, that was in a blowout win. He will be hungry on Sunday and is always a threat. His price is down nearly $1k on both sites.

Thomas has disappeared after Week 3 but he is always worth go. He could easily see nine targets in Week 7, which was his total targets in Week 4 & 5 combined!

Joe Flacco
Michael Crabtree
Willie Snead
John Brown

I am not sure which WR will be the beneficiary of Flacco having to keep pace with Brees, but one of them should have a big day. There hasn’t been a game this year where Flacco completed less than 25 passes.

Crabtree will have to battle Marshon Lattimore all day, but that hasn’t been much of a problem for other WR1s.

Brown is the home run hitter and a guy to sprinkle in GPP lineups.

Snead has gone 5/50 in four of the Ravens six games, so even if you don’t want to go with the Ravens stack, at least get Snead into your lineup as a cheap high floor player and pray for a touchdown!

The Ravens are three point favorites and the over/under is 49 points.

Detroit Lions @ Miami Dolphins

Matthew Stafford
Golden Tate
Kenny Golladay
Marvin Jones

The Dolphins have allowed a 100+ yard receiver in three of their last four games. On the year, they have allowed 15.6 yards per reception to WRs.

Marvin Jones leads the Lions in snaps, but the Stafford favors Tate/Golladay. If I am entering max lineups, I would make sure though that I had some Jones stacks with Stafford, just in case. He is still a very talented WR and the Dolphins seem to allow TDs to the “other guys.”

The Lions are three point road favorites and the over/under is 49 in this contest.
