2019 Fantasy Football Week 5 Rankings

It is incredible another week and more injuries to NFL starting quarterbacks. This week we saw Mitchell Trubisky and Josh Allen both suffer injuries to join the long list of quarterbacks already sidelined. Injured quarterbacks will no doubt have an effect all over the 2019 Fantasy Football Week 5 Rankings.

We are also a quarter of the way into the season and you can start to really figure out who you can and cannot trust week to week. You can use the Rest of Season Rankings to help you figure out that value.

It is also past time to stop just starting the guys you drafted earlier. Be smart about playing the right players in the right matchups. Use our rankings, among many others, to help make those decisions.

2019 Fantasy Football Week 5 Rankings

Each week I will be giving some notes for things you will want to keep an eye on as the week progresses. It will be mostly injury-related, but anything that could affect the rankings, that we know about, will be mentioned. Then you can come back and review the rankings as lineup lock get closer.

  • Devin Singletary still dealing with a hamstring injury and is week to week.
  • Josh Allen suffered a concussion and is questionable.
  • Mitchell Trubisky is doubtful with a dislocated shoulder.
  • John Ross is out a few weeks with a shoulder injury.
  • Jarvis Landry has a concussion.
  • T.J. Hockenson also has a concussion.
  • Jamaal Williams is doubtful to play with a head/neck injury.
  • Davante Adams is questionable with turf toe.
  • T.Y. Hilton is still questionable with a quad injury.
  • Marlon Mack suffered an ankle injury and is questionable.
  • Damien Williams is still questionable with a knee injury.
  • Mike Williams is dealing with a back injury.
  • James Conner will be questionable for Week 5 due to an ankle injury.
  • Tevin Coleman is hoping to return from injury in Week 5.
  • Rashaad Penny is likely to play Thursday night despite being listed with a hamstring injury.
  • Terry McLaurin missed Week 4 with a hamstring injury and is week to week.
