Welcome to the 2020-21 Fantasy Basketball Week 7 Waiver Wire.
The focus will be on players that are roughly less than 40% owned in Yahoo leagues with some over 40%. Make sure that you check your league’s availability.
I will try to keep each wavier wire column focused on new names, only touching on previous players if they may still be widely available.
With position eligibility being different in each league, this column will just reference the positions as a generic Guard, Forward, and Center.
2020-21 Fantasy Basketball Week 7 Waiver Wire
Thaddeus Young, F, Chicago Bulls (44% rostered Yahoo)

Young is the primary benefactor with the news that Wendell Carter Jr. will miss at least four weeks.
Since Carter Jr. went down, the Bulls have turned to Young on both sides of the ball.
Over the past four games, Young has averaged 27.5 MPG, 10.75 PPG, 8 RPG, 7.5 APG and 1.5 SPG.
Combine the injury with the Bulls showcasing their expiring contracts, Young’s usage should continue to increase.
Reggie Jackson, G, Los Angeles Clippers (30% rostered Yahoo)
Similar to the situation in Chicago, Jackson is taking the minutes left from the injured Patrick Beverley.
Since starting for Beverley, Jackson is contributing in points (14.6 PPG), assists (4 APG), and rebounds (5.6 RPG)
There are some rumors swirling that Jackson will stick with the first unit even when Beverley returns, so Jackson is worth the pickup in all formats.
Cody Zeller, F/C, Charolette Hornets (40% rostered Yahoo)
If you need a relatable source or rebounds, look no further.
In the three games since returning, Zeller has averaged 11.7 RPG.
He was inserted right back into the starting lineup, playing 29.9 MPG, which is a good sign that his conditioning is where it needs to be.
Zeller will help in rebounds and assists, and will not hurt you in any category.
