Welcome to the 2020 Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Streaming article!

Need a replacement for Tom Brady in the final week of the fantasy regular season? I’ve got you covered.

In last week’s article, I recommended streaming Derek Carr, Taysom Hill, and Philip Rivers. It was a weird week all-around, as Carr finished as the QB32, while the other two finished as QB11, and QB10 respectively.

The Raiders are such a strange team, taking the Chiefs down to the wire one week and getting curb stomped by the Falcons the next. Hopefully, Carr didn’t cost you a playoff spot with his dreadful performance.

The 2020 Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Streaming will highlight QBs owned in under 50% of NFL.com’s leagues.

Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints (47.3% Owned)

Taysom Hill threw just 16 passes on Sunday, completing nine of them for 78 yards but also adding 44 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns to save his fantasy day.

Hill and the Saints didn’t need to do much to win in this one as they were facing the Broncos and practice squad WR Kendall Hinton at QB.

Another game and another two rushing touchdown performance by Hill. You really can’t ask for much more than that from a streamer.

The Matchup

Hill and the Saints will go on the road to face the Atlanta Falcons this week.

Atlanta just dominated the Raiders, but I’m not buying it as a true change in their defense. I believe that performance vs the Raiders was most likely just an anomaly, and I expect them to be back to their regular old QB-friendly selves by Sunday.

Hill just lit up Atlanta two weeks ago for 233 yards, 49 rushing yards, and two rushing TDs, and Atlanta is still among the worst in the league in defending the quarterback. There is no reason not to expect more of the same in this one

Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings (21.8% Owned)

Kirk Cousins completed 34 of 45 attempts for 307 yards and three TDs, good for QB3 on the week.

Cousins had an extremely clutch performance, leading the Vikings back from an 11-point deficit in the fourth to defeat the Carolina Panthers.

Kirk threw the ball a season-high 45 times this past week which was encouraging. While I don’t expect him to reach that level of volume in this upcoming game, Dalvin Cook is banged up, so Kirk could see a corresponding bump in attempts.

After a brutal start to his fantasy season, Kirk finally seems to have something going, averaging over 22 points per game in the past four weeks.

The Matchup

Cousins and the Vikings will stay home this week to take on the Mike Glennon-led Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars are a complete mess on defense. Unlike Seattle and Atlanta, who mainly get beat through the air, the Jaguars get beat everywhere. They are allowing third-most fantasy points to QBs, sixth-most to running backs, fifth-most to wide receivers, and second-most to tight-ends.

So because of that, you have to hope that Mike Glennon can do enough to force the Vikings to pass the ball down the stretch, but overall there should be lots of points to go around. Vegas clearly agrees with this as the game has a healthy 52 point over/under.

This is most likely your last chance to play Captain Kirk this year, as after this game his schedule is brutal, so take advantage for one last ride.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Miami Dolphins (21.0% Owned)

Ryan Fitzpatrick attempted 39 passes against the Jets, completing 24 of them for 257 yards and two touchdowns in an easy victory.

Good God do I love Ryan Fitzpatrick, this guy is a streamer's dream. All he does is perform every chance he gets.

In his seven full games this season Fitzpatrick is averaging just shy of 21 points per game, with his only bad performance coming way back in Week 1.

Now there is still some uncertainty about whether Tua Tagovailoa will be able to play this week, and of course, if he is back you are benching Fitzpatrick. The good news is this is a 1-PM game so you will be able to pivot off of Fitzpatrick if Tua is activated.

The Matchup

The Dolphins will stay in Miami this week to take on the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bengals have been middle of the pack against quarterbacks, but have allowed the seventh-most passing yards. So there is room for Fitzpatrick to work.

They are also third-last in the league in sacks per game and tied for third-last in turnovers generated. This defense is nothing to be afraid of and Fitzpatrick should be able to easily pick them apart from a clean pocket.

Miami is projected to dominate this game. Normally this would be cause for concern that the running backs would take over, but Miami doesn’t really have a rushing game at this point. They have the third-least rushing yards per game this season, and it has only gotten worse since Myles Gaskin got injured.

Fitzpatrick should have a very safe floor in this matchup, he is QB14 in our expert consensus rankings

Bargain Bin Option

Philip Rivers, Indianapolis Colts (6.9% Owned)

Philip Rivers completed 24 of 42 passes for 292 yards, two touchdown passes, and one interception in a surprising blowout loss to the Tennessee Titans.

Similar to Kirk Cousins, Rivers seems to have found his stride after an unproductive start to the year. He has had just one bad performance in the past six matchups, averaging a finish of around QB9-10 in the other five games.

Rivers has been getting it done through yards as opposed to touchdowns, as he is sixth in the league in passing yards since Week 6. This has been providing him with a consistent floor but a limited ceiling.

The Matchup

Rivers and the Colts will travel to Houston to take on the Texans this week.

Houston allows the 12th most fantasy points to quarterbacks and they just lost their number one cornerback Bradley Roby to suspension which should help open things up even more.

This game has a sizable 51 point over-under, as Vegas expects both teams to be able to score. The best-case scenario is a repeat of last week where the Colts get behind early and Rivers is forced to throw often. The worst-case scenario is that the Colts abuse the Texans' second-worst rushing defense and Rivers gets to just sit back and relax.

There are definitely better options this week, but Rivers can get the job done if you are in a bind.
