2020 Fantasy Football Week 14 IDP Waiver Wire

Welcome back for a look at my 2020 Fantasy Football Week 14 IDP Waiver Wire! Well, we made it! Many leagues' Fantasy Football Playoffs are underway! If not, it's the last week to make a push for the playoffs!

I'm here to provide a list of players who may be widely available in your leagues! These players may be presented with new opportunity, or have great matchups lined up for Week 14!

Week 13's Waiver Wire was able to provide some heavy hitters if you were able to acquire guys like Romeo Okwara, Tyrell Adams, or Justin Reid!

Much like last week every player is a high priority add! The only time is now! I can't promise all of these players will be available, but I don't want to leave out any great players since all leagues are different and you never know who might be available!

High Priority Adds for Week 14

Alex Singleton, LB, Philadelphia Eagles

There's a good chance that Singleton is already rostered in your league, but if not, he's a must add. After an impressive game against the Packers he has an even more favorable matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

Philadelphia averages the seventh most defensive plays per game, while the Saints average the sixth most offensive plays per game. This has all the things I look for in a great floor of an IDP matchup. Throw in one of the highest run to pass rates in the league, and Singleton figures to be a top LB this week.

Tae Crowder, LB, New York Giants

There is a much better chance that Crowder is available in your league. However, he's not a must start by any stretch. But if you're in desperate need of a solid LB for Week 14, Crowder could be your guy.

While the Giants defense doesn't average a ton of plays per game, the Arizona offense averages the fourth most plays per game. Coupled with the Cardinals high run to pass rate, opportunity will likely be aplenty for Crowder.

Eric Wilson, LB, Minnesota Vikings

If you can add him in your league this one's a no brainer! His teammate Eric Kendricks was injured and ruled out early in Week 13 and Wilson filled in and managed to carry a solid stat line.

While his upcoming matchup isn't great for volume and opportunity in general, his role will be solidified as the teams only real go-to three down linebacker. There's a chance that people have been disappointed with Wilson's somewhat inconsistent performance earlier in the season that could've led to him being dropped. Check those wires.

Cole Holcomb, LB, Washington Football Team

Over the last few weeks it seems more and more apparent that Holcomb is becoming the linebacker to roster in Washington. I like him more as a Dynasty asset, but he's coming on at the right time this season.

He'll be looked to heavily in a matchup against San Francisco in Week 14.

Duron Harmon, DB, Detroit Lions

Harmon has been what we all wanted Tracy Walker to be this season. There's a chance he's available in your league as someone who's been more solid than great.

Harmon draws a matchup against the Green Bay who offers one of the better matchups to the DB position. With the fourth highest yards per pass attempt in the league, Green Bay works the ball into the secondary quite a bit. Then mix in the high run to pass rate, and Green Bay managing a solid 4.5 yards per rush attempt, things are looking good for Harmon

Josh Jones, DB, Jacksonville Jaguars

After a three week stint on IR, Josh Jones is back in the starting lineup.

He draws the best DB matchup of the Week against the Titans. Between their above average plays per game, high run to pass rate, and high pass yards per attempt the Titans make for an excellent matchup just by their offense alone. Coupled with the fact the Jaguars run the fifth most defensive plays per game.

Jeff Heath, DB, Las Vegas Raiders

This isn't a guy I necessarily wanna bend over backwards trying to get, but he's worth an add and a start if Jonathan Abram is forced to missed another game.

He managed to show well in a matchup that was terrible on paper last week, and now he draws a good matchup against the Colts. Indianapolis is seventh when it comes to plays per game, while Las Vegas sits right at the middle of the pack in terms of defensive plays per game.

Jerry Tillery, DL, Los Angeles Chargers

The thing I disliked most about Jerry Tillery is that he lined up as a defensive tackle. He's now lining up at defensive end, a role he's shined in.

Fast forward to Week 14 and he draws a great matchup against a very generous Atlanta offensive front. Atlanta runs the third most plays per game, holds the 12th highest pass rate in the league, has allowed 2.6 Sacks per game on the season and 4 sacks per game over the last four games, and Matt Ryan holds the fifth highest time to throw rate in the NFL.

All of that boils down to a juicy matchup for the DE position. Tillery makes for a great stream this week and will likely be mentioned in my IDP Dream Stream Team article for this coming week.

Trey Hendrickson, DL, New Orleans Saints

Speaking of excellent matchups, Hendrickson draws the best of them all. The Philadelphia Eagles have given up the most sacks on the year and gave up six last week against the Green Bay Packers.

The Eagles are top 10 in plays per game, top five in pass rate, number one in sacks allowed, and Wentz is top 10 in time to throw. There's nothing really left to say. It's simple, start your DL against the Eagles, and add this man if you can!

The only caveat is if Jalen Hurts starts this week. Which doesn't change much for me honestly.

Quinnen Williams, DL, New York Jets

Last but not least Quinnen Williams makes my Waiver  Wire List for Week 14! He was mentioned earlier on in the season as a Waiver Wire add, but he fizzled out and injuries piled up and he missed some time.

In Week 14 he draws a matchup against the Seattle Seahawks who pose a great matchup for the DL position. The Seahawks high pass rate, third most sacks allowed per game, and Russell Wilson's third highest time to throw stat all play to the DL position.
