2020 NFL DFS Week 11 DraftKings Picks

Welcome back to my 2020 NFL DFS Week 11 DraftKings Picks.

There were some ups and downs but it was another great week in the NFL. We had a bounce-back performance, an amazing ending to a game, and a team continuing its dominance against the NFL.

First off if you had any thoughts that Tom Brady had fallen off that cliff, you couldn’t have been more wrong. Brady took apart the Carolina Panthers, putting up 341 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Brady did have some help. Ronald Jones showed up in a big way with 192 yards, highlighted with a 98-yard touchdown run.

Secondly, the Buffalo Bills and the Arizona Cardinals had the game of the week. From the start of the game, there were plays that made me jump out of my seat. But then comes the ending and the magic that is Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins. In the last seconds of the game, Murray unleashed a 43-yard hail-mary to the end zone where Hopkins was waiting to make the game-winning catch.

Lastly, The Pittsburgh Steelers is the only undefeated team in the league. With them winning their ninth game of the season, this is the best start in the team’s history. Big Ben Roethlisberger has his team on a course to the Super Bowl.

But now it’s a new week and it’s time to set a new lineup. Here are a few players I like this week.

Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles, ($5,700)

Wentz has most of his weapons back and is looking to make a push for the playoffs. Wentz had a bad game against the Giants, but the Giants defense has been playing better as of late.

The Cleveland Browns have given up some great performances to the Quarterback this season. If the Eagles are going to win this game Wentz is going to have to put the team on his back and he can against the Browns.

DraftKings outlook

Fantasy Six Pack has Wentz projected for over 18 points. The Browns ranks 22nd against the QB. I would stack Wentz with Travis Fulgham ($5,600), or Jalen Reager ($4,300). The Browns are also bad against the Wide Receiver, as they are ranked 25th at the position.

Nyheim Hines, RB, Indianapolis Colts, ($5,200)

Hines looks like the better Running Back on the team. Furthermore, he out-snapped both Jonathan Taylor and Jordan Wilkins in the 34-17 win over the Tennessee Titans.

We just might have to face the fact that Hines is better for this offense, and Taylor just might not be that good.

Hines is going to have a great matchup coming his way. For all the good things the Green Bay Packers do, stopping the Running Back is not one of them.

DraftKings outlook

Hines is projected for over 11 points by Fantasy Six Pack. He is more than just the third-down back as he saw 60% of snaps in the last game.  Green Bay is 29th against the Running Back, so I expect Hines to be used early and often.

Chase Claypool, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers, ($6,100)

Claypool had 10 targets in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals. With every game, Big Ben is trusting him more and more. He has become the second option in the Steelers offense.

Claypool is also a factor in the run game with two touchdowns on the season. Look for the Steelers to be in the Red Zone a lot in this game, that’s where Claypool does his damage.

DraftKings outlook

Claypool is projected for almost 13 points by fantasy Six Pack. Last week the Steelers supported three top 10 receivers. The Jaguars are not that much better at stopping the Wide Receiver, as they are ranked 24th. Claypool could be inline for a couple of touchdowns.

T.J Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lion ($4,200)

Hockenson has quietly become one of the more Consistent Tight Ends in the league. He didn’t have a good game this past week against the WFT, but that was more of an outlier.

Hockenson has done most of his damage in the Red Zone, catching five touchdowns this season. The Panthers are 22nd  against the TightEnd and is going to have their hands full with Hockenson.

DraftKings outlook

Hockenson is projected for almost 12 points by Fantasy Six Pack. Matthew Stafford and Hockenson have a great connection when they are in the RedZone. With the loss of Kenny Golladay, Hockenson has seen an uptick in targets. He is going to see a lot of action in this game.
