2020 NFL DFS Week 4 DraftKings Picks

Welcome back to my 2020 NFL DFS Week 4 DraftKings Picks.

There were some notable breakout performances around the NFL in week three. On of which came from, WR Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings. Moving Jefferson out of the slot proved to be a great move as he caught seven of nine targets for 175 yards and a touchdown.

We also lost some fantasy-relevant players on Sunday. TE Dallas Goedert left the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Cincinnati Bengals with a fractured ankle. Moreover, Goedert's injury weakens an already week position. Also, RB Tarik Cohen of the Chicago Bears tore his ACL ending his season.

It's now time to rest, and look forward to week four. Unfortunately, we do not have the players of the Tennessee Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers to chose from. Because of COVID their game was postponed and removed from the Sunday slate. But we still have some great players in some great matchups. Here are a few that I will have in my lineups.

Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati Bengals, ($5,800)

OK! I'm kinda calling my shot on this one. Mixon hasn't had the best fantasy season up to this point, and the Jaguars haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher yet this season. I get all that, but Mixon is due.

Mixon is averaging almost 20 touches per game and that is going to start to translate into production.

The team is going to need Mixon if they are going to have success this Sunday. Zac Taylor is a smart young Head Coach, he is going to find a way to get Mixon the ball.

DraftKings outlook:

If you have played Mixon at any point this season you may be disappointed, but better days are ahead.

Mixon's price has come down under $6,000 which makes him a bargain for your lineups.

Mixon is projected to get almost 16 points on DraftKings. I am looking for him to finally get in the end zone this week whether it be in the air or on the ground.

In this matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, you can also play QB Joe Burrow ($6,300).  The Jags have not faired well against opposing QBs, with an average of almost 24 points scored against them.

Darrell Henderson, RB, Los Angeles Rams, ($5,800)

Henderson has played well in the last two games, and with Cam Akers missing more time, I don't see that ending anytime soon.

Henderson was named the starter by Sean McVay in the game against the New York Giants, which should be a plus matchup for him. The Giants have allowed an average of 123 yards on the ground in the first three weeks of the season.

I am looking for Henderson to have a big day on Sunday as the Rams are going to be in the red zone a lot.

DraftKings outlook:

Henderson is projected to do almost 15 points on Draftkings. The Giants defense has given up over 17 points to the opposing team's primary ball carrier in the first three weeks of the season.

With the injuries in the backfield, Henderson's workload has increased. We are going to see him run up and down the field, and the Giants won't be able to stop him.

After watching QB Nick Mullens of the San Francisco 49ers tear up the Giants defense last week, your gut may be telling you that QB Jared Goff ($6,700) is the play this week too. I am here to tell you to listen to your gut.

Goff put up over 30 points against the Buffalo Bills, and they're a good defense. Pair up Goff with his favorite target, WR Robert Woods ($6,300).

T.J. Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lions, ($4,800)

Let's face it, the tight end position has not been fruitful this season. Because of the lack of production at the position, you are looking for someone that can get into the end zone. This is why the Hockenson and New Orleans Saints matchup is so tasty.

Hockenson gets a lot of targets in the red zone while the Saints have given up touchdowns to the tight end in all three weeks this season.

With WR Kenny Golladay back on the field that should open things up underneath for Hockenson.

DraftKings outlook:

Hockenson is projected for over 11 points on DraftKings. Getting a tight end in double digits is a plus. The Saints have given up a top-five finish to the tight end position two out of the three weeks.

Hockenson has averaged 12 points on DraftKings with over four receptions and 57 yards a game.

Now that you have saved money on TE you can spend up on other positions, like running back Alvin Kamara ($8,000). Kamara has averaged 36 points on DraftKings, and he is going up against a Lions defense that is ranked 23rd against the run.

There you have it, my 2020 NFL DFS Week 4 DraftKings Picks. I hope you enjoyed the read, and make some money this week.
