2021 Fantasy Baseball Rankings

on

Pitchers and Catchers have reported. Spring Training games start next week. It is Fantasy Baseball season! Honestly, if you have not been studying yet, you are behind the eight ball. But just like we do every year, we here at Fantasy Six Pack have you covered. We start with our 2021 Fantasy Baseball Rankings. I don’t know about any of you, but after the disaster that was baseball in 2020, I need a great year of it.

Also, for you Dynasty League players, check out our Dynasty Rankings. I guarantee you they are some of the best out there. And we all need to congratulate Dave Eddy, who does our Dynasty Rankings. He was just put in charge of our new Dynasty Baseball Writing team here. So be ready for much more Dynasty Baseball content at Fantasy Six Pack.

Anyway, back to the rankings.

We rank the top-350 overall along with at least the following at each position:

  • Catcher: 35
  • First Base: 50
  • Second Base: 50
  • Third Base: 50
  • Shortstop: 50
  • Outfield: 120
  • Starting Pitcher: 120
  • Relief Pitcher: 60

Need to get caught up on all the free-agent signings and trades? We’ve got you covered with our Transaction Tracker. We break down the major transaction this offseason and give a Fantasy Baseball spin to it.

Spring Training Lookout

As the games happen what exactly will we be looking for? I’m not too concerned when a stud struggles or goes off. They will do what we expect them to do.

What I am looking for is the players in position battles or possible breakout candidates. Are they performing well or struggling. Will they gain the playing time to make a difference in Fantasy Baseball? That will affect their ranking this Spring.

Be sure to check back often through the draft season as these rankings will be updated frequently, especially when those players and more sign or injuries strike. Also, I highly suggest you use our mock draft tool, powered by FantasyPros. It is a great way to practice drafting against some of the best rankings in the business in just minutes.

The last thing, don’t miss the rest of our Fantasy Baseball Draft Kit, launching with content daily after the Super Bowl. It will include Division Previews, Sleepers, Busts, Strategy pieces and much more.

*Note: Be sure to use the filter when on the position rankings to filter by site. This ensures the list of players you are using for your rankings match the site you are using for your league.
