Welcome back for an updated look at my 2021 Fantasy Football IDP Rankings. Well, the road to the NFL season has begun, and now we wait very impatiently as the season creeps towards us.
In the meantime, I'm here to drop my 2021 Fantasy Football IDP Rankings.
A lot has changed from 2020 to 2021, heck, a lot will change from now until the season starts.
Updates will be made monthly at the minimum, and as needed as news rolls out before Week 1.
Be sure to dive into my articles covering the rookie landings spots for the linebackers and the defensive linemen! And don't miss out on my other offseason content over on YouTube where I cover some mock drafts and dive into some rookie rankings!
Need other rankings as well? We got ya covered.
Players I'm higher on
Alex Singleton, LB, Philadelphia Eagles
I'm sure this will level out eventually as consensus rankings catch up, but I currently have Alex Singleton as my LB11. The Eagles only relevant addition at LB this offseason was Eric Wilson, whom they paid $3 Million for a one-year deal. Singleton seems to have solidified a role on that defense, at least for the time being.
Josh Allen, DE, Jacksonville Jaguars

A lot of this comes down to a lot of the other additions the Jaguars have made along the defensive front. Along with adding a new Defensive Coordinator that has extensive experience in getting talented defensive lineman to the Pro Bowl and selected as All-Pro's. Everyone is low on him after an injury-riddled 2020. Buy now and draft late for cheap.
Players I'm lower on
C.J. Mosley, LB, New York Jets
It's been about two years since we've seen a healthy C.J. Mosley. This coupled with the fact that he's now heading into a new scheme and coaching staff leaves me with some concerns.
I fully believe in the player, but it's just a situation I'm not a fan of.
Isaiah Simmons, LB, Arizona Cardinals

PUT YOUR PITCHFORKS DOWN! Similar to Mosley the situation concerns me more than anything with Simmons. With the Cardinals drafting Zaven Collins and already handing him a starting role that is likely more Fantasy viable, it puts Simmons viability into question.
I think Simmons gets a TON of coverage work, and seeing as he's good in coverage he won't give up many completions thus limiting his actual work.
I could be wrong, but I see Collins eating up a lot of tackles and Simmons just running around covering people.
Carl Lawson, DL, New York Jets
I like Bryce Huff between the two, but I'm not overly thrilled about investing any draft capital in them. See how the season starts and look to grab them off waivers if you're in a deeper league and need a DL.
