2021 Fantasy Football Week 11 Drop List

Welcome everyone to the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 11 Drop List. Yeah! That's right. The drop list is back. This is my first time writing this article this year, so bear with me.

Can you believe we are 10 weeks through the NFL season already? This season is going by quicker than I expected, and I'm sure most of you feel the same way.

There are only two teams on a bye week (Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos), so make sure you get those players out of your starting lineups.

That's enough of the introduction, let's get into dropping those underperforming players off your Fantasy team. This is the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 11 Drop List.

If you are looking for advice of players to add, check out our Week 11 Waiver Wire post and our Week 11 Rankings!

Matt Ryan, QB, Atlanta Falcons (64% Rostered)

Matt Ryan is currently QB18 on the year, and he gets the New England Patriots next. If you still have him on your roster, this is a good time to get rid of him. Since the bye week (4 games), Matt Ryan has had five touchdowns and five interceptions. He has scored under two Fantasy points twice in these past four games (against Cowboys and Panthers) and has gone over 20 Fantasy points just once (32 against Saints).

I'm sure you can find someone better on the waiver wire with a good matchup. There shouldn't be much of a reason to be keeping Matt Ryan on your squad.

Adrian Peterson, RB, Tennessee Titans (58% Rostered)

I don't believe Adrian Peterson is worth a roster spot on your Fantasy teams. In his first game, he had 10 Fantasy points (10-21 1 TD). This seems to be his ceiling. As for his floor, we saw that last week where he only had three Fantasy points (8-21). Adrian Peterson is a non-factor in the passing game (two targets in two games) and too touchdown-dependent for me to roster.

There are other running backs out there that are worth a look. Not to mention, he has to compete for carries with Jeremy McNichols and D'Onta Foreman.

Laviska Shenault, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars (56% Rostered)

Enough is enough, it's time to stop believing in Laviska Shenault. Don't lie. We have all hoped for the breakout, but it's just not going to happen. Since the bye week (3 games), Shenault hasn't even come close to sniffing 10+ Fantasy points (3.3 avg). He doesn't even get the targets anymore either. 'Viska is only averaging 5.3 targets per game since the bye week.

Cut your losses now and find someone who is actually performing.

Jared Cook, TE, Los Angeles Chargers (58% rostered)

Currently the TE18 (6.6 avg), Jared Cook can safely be dropped from your rosters. Cook has only scored 10+ Fantasy points just twice this year in nine games played. In his past three games, he is only averaging four targets and four Fantasy points. Now would be a good time to cut bait with Jared Cook. He doesn't seem to be heavily involved.

There will be better options out there during the week with a better matchup, so go hunt the waiver wire.

Give Him One More Week

Mike Davis, RB, Atlanta Falcons (68% rostered)

Mike Davis shouldn't be dropped yet, but it's starting to get concerning. These past four games for him have been brutal, to put it nicely. Mike Davis has scored under three Fantasy points in three of the Falcons last four games. His touches have gone extinct (8 touches per game after the bye week) and he is starting to lose touches to Wayne Gallman, as well.

I would give Mike Davis one more week, that's it.

That should do it for the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 11 Drop List. I hope you enjoyed it because I will be back to help guide your team through the Fantasy Football Playoffs!
