2021 Fantasy Football Week 12 Drop List

on

Welcome everyone to the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 12 Drop List.

In this article, I will be going over the players that you can safely drop from your squads.

Last week, I suggested dropping Matt Ryan, Laviska Shenault, amongst others.

Hopefully, you got Matt Ryan off your teams because he had another terrible outing.

As for Shenault, he was able to catch all five targets for 50 yards on Sunday. I would suggest keeping an eye on him.

Backups Become Droppable

Jordan Howard, RB, Philadelphia Eagles (30% Rostered)

Jordan Howard had a solid day on Sunday. He rushed the ball 10 times for 63 yards before exiting with an injury. Unfortunately for managers who have Howard, Miles Sanders returned.

Sanders (16-94), should resume his role as lead-back now. It also doesn’t help that Jalen Hurts was able to run for three touchdowns himself on Sunday, twice from inside the five-yard line!

As for Jordan Howard, you can safely drop him.

Darrell Williams, RB, Kansas City Chiefs (87% Rostered)

With Clyde Edwards-Helaire (12-63 1 TD) back, Darrell Williams had a limited role. He carried the ball five times for 15 yards. Darrell was able to get three targets but was only able to catch one of them for 11 yards.

Moving forward, I expect to see the same workload for the rest of the season. This means that Darrell Williams is not worth a roster spot. Keep him on your watchlist though.

A Surprise Buffalo Player

Emmanuel Sanders (77% Rostered)

I hate to put him here, but he is just not getting enough targets. In his last four games, Emmanuel Sanders is only averaging 5.25 PPR Fantasy points. Since the Week 7 bye, Sanders has had a goose egg and in two other games, he was under 10 Fantasy points.

The entire Buffalo Bills offense is struggling right now and there are only a few players on the team that I would roster – Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Dawson Knox.

Other Drops

D’Onta Foreman, RB, Tennessee Titans (63% Rostered)

He didn’t end up getting the role we expected. It is important to note that the Titans were losing most of the game, so they abandoned the run for the most part. He rushed the ball seven times for 25 yards, which was third on the team in both categories.

This backfield is just not something anyone should want to be a part of. You can drop Foreman now with the Titans Week 13 bye week looming.
