IDP Waiver Wire Targets

Marcus Davenport, DL, New Orleans Saints

Davenport has been on a tear over the last three weeks. This is the kind of production the Saints expected when they drafted him in the first round several seasons ago.

I'm seeing him available in a few of my leagues and all of my leagues are 10+ teams with 8 or more IDP starters. If he's on the wire in mine you should definitely check yours.

There's a decent chance people bailed since he hasn't really broken out yet to this point. However, we could be seeing the rise of Davenport.

Eric Murray, DB, Houston Texans

This one is plain and simple. Heading into the Bye Week Murray was given the starting strong safety spot.

On a pretty poor defense with meh linebackers, he's going to see decent work week in week out, much like he did this week. He's likely a DB3/4 at worst going forward.

Robert Quinn, DL, Chicago Bears

When healthy Robert Quinn has been a stud this season, yet due to his age and some inconsistency he's still widely available.

Looking at his matchups throughout the rest of the season they are rather favorable for the DL position. Stock up now, and lock up the DL position for the playoffs.

Quincy Williams, LB, New York Jets

With C.J. Mosley out with a head injury Williams once again found himself thrust into action. After being widely irrelevant the last several weeks on minimal snaps, he made good on his opportunity.

If Mosley misses additional time look for Williams to be a strong contributor once again.

Alex Singleton, LB, Philadelphia Eagles

There's nothing I think I hate more than how this Eagles' LB room has panned out this season.

While Singletons' "expanded role" is due to Davion Taylor getting injured after being gifted a larger role, this carousel is beyond frustrating.

I couldn't blame you if you wanted to avoid this situation in its entirety. T.J. Edwards has been a solid piece and should be looked for on waivers if he's still available.

Kamu Grugier-Hill, LB, Houston Texans

As long as Christian Kirksey is on IR Grugier-Hill can be started. Zach Cunningham is a dice roll going forward, he's coming off a good week so take that for what it's worth.

A.J. Klein, LB, Buffalo Bills

As long as Tremaine Edmunds is sidelined with his hamstring injury Klein is start worthy as an LB3/4 if needed.
