2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Drop List

on

Welcome everyone to the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Drop List. As always, in this article, I will be going over which players you can feel confident about dropping from your teams.

The Green Bay Packers, Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, and Cleveland Browns are all on a bye this week, so make sure you plan accordingly.

Please do not drop the stars from these teams. You can safely drop Marquez Valdez-Scantling, Robby Anderson, and any player from the Titans.

As for the Browns, only Nick Chubb, Jarvis Landry, and Kareem Hunt deserve to be rostered. You can make a case for Austin Hooper or David Njoku too.

Enough with the introductions. Let’s jump right into the 2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Drop List article.

Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers (67% rostered)

After dropping 25+ Fantasy points in Week 11 (Washington), Cam Newton came back down to earth against the Miami Dolphins. He went 5/21 for 92 yards and two interceptions and was eventually benched for P.J. Walker.

This is the Cam Newton we are used to now, so expect to see this type of play moving forward. There is a possibility he even loses his job to P.J. Walker, so be on the lookout for that.

Zack Moss, Buffalo Bills (62%)

Does anybody know what happened to Zack Moss? His playing time has gone down drastically, and there hasn’t been an explanation. Maybe he is in the doghouse, or the Bills wanted to change things up after losing a few games. I’m not sure, and I don’t think many people do.

Anyways, Zack Moss has had three straight games under 10 Fantasy points. He has also played 48% or less of the snaps. Matt Breida (11 touches for 56 yards and one touchdown) has started to receive a bigger workload, along with Devin Singletary (15-44). This new-look offense might be here to stay.

This means that you can drop Zack Moss and not feel bad about it.

Nyheim Hines, Indianapolis Colts (55%)

I’m glad Fantasy players are starting to catch on to the diminishing workload of Nyheim Hines. In 12 games, Nyheim Hines has scored over 10 Fantasy points just three times (Week 1, 3, and 9). This is going to be a crazy stat right here. Nyheim Hines has one game where he has played 50% or more of the snaps.

This is Jonathan Taylor‘s backfield now, and you are just going to have to accept that. Feel free to drop Hines.

Marvin Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars (64%)

The offense is brutal, and Marvin Jones is suffering the most from this. Since his bye week (five games), Jones has yet to reach 10+ Fantasy points. There is good news though, Marvin Jones is averaging 6.4 targets a game during this stretch. The bad news is that he isn’t scoring or getting the receiving yards (over 50 yards twice).

Marvin Jones has gone over 10 Fantasy points, just four times this year. Unless this offense gets going, you can safely drop Marvin Jones.

Kenny Golladay, New York Giants (58%)

I don’t think the Kenny Golladay experiment is going well in New York. Now is the time to drop him, so you don’t have to deal with the headaches.

Since coming back from the bye week and injury (three games), Kenny Golladay has yet to go over 10 Fantasy points. In fact, Kenny has only one game where he went over four targets.
