Welcome to 2021 Fantasy Football Week 17 Quarterback Streamers!

For most of you, it's championship week! Congratulations! You made it! You went through a lot of work to get this far, waiver wire, trades, injury pivots, keeping up with constant news.

Or you're just Jeremy over there who did next to nothing during the season and got here by dumb luck. No, no, not you Jeremy, I know you worked hard, the other Jeremy.

As the season comes to a close, I'm reminded again just how much the quarterback landscape changes.

Over the course of these articles I can't recall off the top of my head ever mentioning my favorite team's QB, Baker Mayfield, once as a streamer. I may have, just can't remember doing so.

It's crazy to think after his record rookie year, he was drafted as a top 5 QB in redraft leagues in 2019. He was going ahead of guys like Kyler Murray and Lamar Jackson and near guys like Mahomes and Rodgers.

Now, you have to be really desperate to even start him, much less draft him.

This season we've had our fair share of change as well. Davis Mills, Taylor Heinicke, and Taysom Hill have taken over as starters for their respective teams. Justin Fields supplanted Andy Dalton, though not to the surprise of many. The Panthers have had a quarterback roulette since the beginning.

Our streamers are ranked QB13 and below on FantasyPros QB ECR. One streamer might creep into the top 12 as the week goes on, but as of writing, he's QB13. And super available. I think you know who I'm talking about. Either way, we'll find some QB's with upside in some favorable matchups so you can bring home that trophy!

Trey Lance vs HOU

If you didn't immediately pick up Trey Lance after reading the week 17 waiver wire column by my man Ryan Kirksey, I have little hope in convincing you to do so.

Houston isn't the softest matchup against QB's, actually, they're not too shabby against them. But, we saw what Lance could do earlier this year, running and throwing.

He's a high-risk, high reward option on a team that needs to win to stay in their own playoff race. If there's a time to swing for the fence and hit a home run, it's now.

If Lance is owned, then try the guy on the opposite sideline. Mills has been a competent QB recently. He has been in or just outside of QB 1 territory the last three weeks.

The 49ers have allowed the 8th most fantasy points to QB's this season. He did pretty well last week against the Chargers without his top target, but Brandin Cooks is back this week.

Over the course of the season, the Rams haven't been a matchup to target. However, whoever starts for the Ravens has been productive for fantasy.

Huntley flashed a massive ceiling two weeks ago against Green Bay, scoring by air and ground. It helps when you complete 70% of your passes and run for 5.6 ypc.

He gets to be at home this week, so maybe the friendly crowd can help him out some too. The Ravens are trying to stay in the playoff race, and they'll need everything Huntley's got.

That will do it for our 2021 Fantasy Football Week 17 Quarterback Streamers! Good luck and bring home the championship trophy!
