Be sure to dive into my previous Waiver Wire articles to make sure you didn't miss anyone. You never know what's still out there!

Must Add Targets

Jonathan Greenard, DL, Houston Texans

Greenard has been one of the few bright spots on this Houston defense this season. While he's been healthy he's been the guy providing the most disruption along the defensive line.

In three full games, he's mustered up 13 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 5 tackles for loss, and 5 quarterback hits. Not a bad resume for a guy you can likely obtain for free off your wire.

Kyle Dugger, DB, New England Patriots

I'm targetting Dugger in a few leagues because I'm hurting at defensive back pretty much everywhere. With Jamal Adams, Justin Simmons, and Jeremy Chinn flopping this year I'm in a tight spot at the position.

He's earned a larger role each week and seems to be settling in as the favorite box safety on this defense. However, the Patriots' defense is always a mystery and seldom predictable.

He's a high upside add that could leave you wanting more.

Smart Adds

Juan Thornhill, DB, Kansas City Chiefs

Thornhill took the starting job from Sorensen and will remain the starter for the foreseeable future. While he showed little in his first start, I've always felt strongly that he could make an impact with tackles and big plays.

Also note, Willie Gay got significant reps for the first time this season. Even supplanting Anthony Hitchins when it comes to total reps. He's another Chief to target or monitor.

Ja'Whaun Bentley, LB, New England Patriots

While he's been healthy this year Bentley has been the run stuffer that we wanted to see last season. However, that's been the big caveat, "WHEN" he's healthy.

He's still lightly rostered and had a great Week 6 despite only playing part of the game. If you can obtain him cheaply, he could be a nice depth piece to flex in as needed throughout Bye Week season.

Micah Kiser, LB, Denver Broncos

The Broncos are just having terrible luck at their starting linebacker positions this season. Both Alexander Johnson and Josey Jewell have now been lost for the season with torn pectorals.

Micah Kiser is the clear replacement right now. However, this could open up opportunities for Baron Browning to get some reps once he's healthy.

Justin Strnad has yet to live up to the hype after filling in for Josey Jewell, so I doubt he gains any added value.

Depth Adds

Derrick Barnes, DL/LB, Detroit Lions

Derick Barnes hasn't exploded yet, but he's finally seeing meaningful reps. He racked up 8 tackles this week while only playing 32 snaps.

Much like his college career, he's productive when he's on the field. If he can secure even more of a role, you'll have wished you added him sooner.

Markus Golden, DL, Arizona Cardinals

Markus Golden has quietly been racking up a solid season on the Cardinals' defense. While he's not lighting up the stat sheet, he's been flex-worthy or startable in a pinch.

He's got decent matchups ahead and doesn't see his Bye Week until Week 12. You could do a lot worse if you're scrambling for a starter this weekend.

Jamal Agnew, DB/WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Yeah, you read that right. There are several platforms where Agnew is DB and WR eligible, making him somewhat of a cheat code. Especially when you consider the fact that he's been seeing significant reps since D.J. Chark was determined to miss the rest of the season.

Then on top of that, if your league supports return yardage boy do I have a surprise for you! Yes! He returns kicks too! WOWZERS!

Conclusion

While that is it for my Week 7 IDP Waiver Wire I do hope you go back and check out my previous Waiver Wires if you haven't already.
