2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Streamers

on

Hey! There you are! I was hoping you’d stop by, I’ve got some 2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Streamers I’d like to share with you!

It’s the season of giving, what can I say? December is here! Christmas carols, December football, fireside conversations, family gatherings, parties, December football.

So much fun, and that’s without mentioning December football! Wait, I did mention it already? Whoops, my bad. Alright, I guess we should dive into what you came here for.

Our QB Streamers are ranked QB13 and below in Fantasy Pros ECR. Most of these quarterbacks will be widely available.

I’ll take a look at favorable matchups, of course, the bread and butter of finding streamers. But we also will look at other passing or rushing stats and metrics of QB’s as well.

Players returning from injury is a big plus. And, in the case of today, we can look at previous times a quarterback played his opponents to see how they may fare this time.

Carson Wentz at HOU

The last time Wentz played Houston he scored a respectable 17 points. Jonathan Taylor is more than likely going to run wild against the Texans, but that shouldn’t scare us off Wentz.

He’s been targeting Taylor in the passing game here recently, helping both of their respective Fantasy floors. Of course, we can’t forget to mention Michael Pittman and T.Y. Hilton.

If there’s one thing Hilton is famous for, it’s for having great games against Houston.

Tyrod Taylor vs IND

If Wentz is already rostered in your league, why not try the other QB in this game? Taylor hasn’t had a huge game, but aside from the Miami game, he hasn’t crashed and burned either.

Indy has tightened up over the last few weeks, but on the year they have given up the 6th most fantasy points to QBs. Houston will need to keep up with the Colts, so I expect a lot of passing.

But if he can’t do it through the air, Taylor can use his legs and get points on the ground. He’s scored three rushing touchdowns in 5 games this year and averages 8.5 yards per carry.

That’s better than Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, and Josh Allen. Smaller sample size to be fair, but still impressive.

Teddy Bridgewater at KC

Today is the day of names familiar to regular readers of this column. Kansas City has improved against fantasy QB’s in recent weeks, but some of that is due to Dak Prescott‘s utter collapse two weeks ago.

Four days later Dak had essentially the same receiving group and went off against the Raiders. I think it was just due to injuries and lack of a game plan to deal with them than KC all of a sudden shutting people down.

The Chiefs‘ offense finally got going and is rested off of their bye. Denver’s defense has been friendly to quarterbacks the past few weeks, so Mahomes should have himself a day.

But we’re not talking about Mahomes, we’re talking about Bridgewater. Both QB’s face defenses vulnerable to the pass, and it’s a divisional game, so I think some points are gonna be scored.

He is dealing with a shin injury with Teddy, but judging from the injury report it sounds like he’ll be good to go.

That is going to do it for our 2021 Fantasy Football Week 13 Quarterback Streamers! Get ready to light up your house and your Fantasy competition!
