Tyus Jones, PG, Memphis Grizzlies (33% owned)

The Memphis Grizzlies have announced that Ja Morant will be suspended for at least two games after being caught brandishing a firearm over the weekend. Although this news is alarming, it allows savvy fantasy managers to capitalize on the situation.

To fill Ja Morant's shoes, enter Tyus Jones, the reliable backup point guard for the Grizzlies. With Morant out, Jones is expected to see a significant increase in both playing time and production. Impressively, in his nine starts this season, Jones has been a dominant force, averaging 18.8 points, 2.1 three-pointers, 3.6 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and an eye-popping 2.4 steals per game. Furthermore, Tyus Jones has shot a scorching 51.0% from the field while committing only 1.8 turnovers per game.

If you want to gain an edge in your  league, don't hesitate to pick up Jones immediately. It's noteworthy that Ja Morant's suspension could extend beyond two games, making Tyus Jones a valuable short-term asset for your team. Seize this opportunity before it passes you by!

Dennis Smith Jr., PG/SG, Charlotte Hornets (39% owned)

Unfortunately, Lamelo Ball will miss the remainder of the season due to a right ankle injury. However, as the saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining, and this situation is no different. Due to Ball's absence, Dennis Smith Jr. emerges as a quality addition in standard leagues.

Over the past ten games, Dennis Smith Jr. has provided 10th-round value in nine-category leagues, averaging 10.2 PPG, 2.6 RPG, 4.5 APG, and 1.8 SPG. If you're looking for a player to stream in Week 20, Dennis Smith Jr. is an excellent option, especially since the Charlotte Hornets will play four games. He can provide a significant boost for teams needing assists and steals.

However, remember that in week 21, you may need to oversee your team composition and be ready to drop him since the Hornets will only play two games. Please make the most of the opportunity and get Dennis Smith Jr. on your team before it's too late!

Tari Eason, SF/PF, Houston Rockets (34% owned)

Let us talk about Tari Eason and how he's been lighting up the court lately. Over the last four games, Eason has been putting up some impressive numbers, with a 3rd-round value in nine-category leagues. He's averaging 15.5 PPG, 1.3 3PG, 8.5 RPG, 2.0 APG, 1.5 SPG, and 1.3 BPG. What's more, he's been shooting efficiently, with a 54.5% field goal percentage and 81.8% from the line, while committing only 1.3 turnovers per game.

It's worth noting that Eason has also been averaging 28.9 minutes over the last four games. He could become a must-own player in standard leagues if he continues to receive this much playing time. The Houston Rockets have a three-game week 20, but starting on March 13, they'll have a 4-4-4 schedule.

With Eason's recent performances, he's worth picking up now, especially if you need rebounds, steals, and blocks. Keep an eye on how Coach Stephen Silas manages his playing time, as this could be a sign that he's ready to unleash the talented forward.
