Payne was the starter for a couple of weeks while Chris Paul was nursing an injury, and was a solid if unspectacular producer. With Paul returning to the lineup, Payne returns to his duties as the backup point guard off the bench. If you play in a category-based league, Payne is still a good source of rebounds, averaging almost six per contest. Other than that, there is no reason to keep him on your roster.
That being said, be sure to maintain a close eye on the waiver wire in case Paul or Devin Booker suffer any injuries. Payne would be the next man up and could serve as a quality option.
Santi Aldama, PF, Memphis Grizzlies (7.7% Rostered)

While Aldama has put up some surprisingly good numbers over his past few games, they are simply outliers when faced with the reality of his situation. Jaren Jackson Jr. is back and healthy and will see his minutes grow as the season progresses. In the 18 to 20 minutes Aldama typically plays in a night, he does not put up fantasy-relevant numbers.
Averaging less than 10 points per game, while shooting barely league-average from the field, is simply not a recipe for fantasy success. Owners are encouraged to find better options elsewhere.
Andre Drummond, C, Chicago Bulls (35% Rostered)

Drummond was a fine fantasy option toward the beginning of the season when he was racking up double-digit rebounds and getting more minutes. However, he has played less than 10 minutes in each of the last 3 games. Unless an injury to Nikola Vucevic occurs, Drummond lacks any standalone value and is a droppable player.
In category leagues, he can be a stash thanks to his still-solid rebound numbers despite limited playing time.
