2019 Fantasy Football Week 15 Vampire League Starters

No fancy intro for this one. Injuries around the NFL are absolutely nuts, and teams on bye weeks only add insult to (literal and figurative) injury. This article will examine some of the 2022 Fantasy Football Week 8 Waiver Wire Stashes you need on your rosters, whether as streamers this week or guys you can keep on your roster for the future.

If you do not already, feel free to follow me on Twitter (@HermsNFL).

Hopefully, this article will help you find some impactful players for your fantasy teams. We actually talked about a couple of these players on the most recent edition of my podcast, The Lateral Show. Check that out below:

Top Quarterback Add

Andy Dalton, QB, New Orleans Saints (12% rostered Yahoo / 17.7% rostered ESPN)

Since becoming the starter in Week 4,  the Saints rank second in total offensive yards (1669) and eighth in passing yards (1010) with fourteen total touchdowns, according to Stathead. Dalton is not as strong in fantasy, ranking 18th in Fantasy points per game per FantasyData, but he's getting a great matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.

Per FantasyPros, the Raiders have allowed the most points to opposing quarterbacks thus far in the 2022 NFL season. If you're in need of a streamer, give Dalton a look.

Top Running Back Adds

Kyren Williams, RB, Los Angeles Rams (45% rostered Yahoo / 13.3% rostered ESPN)

This is likely the last time I'm going to mention Kyren Williams. At this point, it's almost becoming lazy to bring him up in what I believe is the fourth consecutive article. So, one more time with feeling, folks: we know the Rams coaching staff really likes Williams, he showed a penchant for pass-catching in college at Notre Dame, and Cam Akers is probably not going to be a factor in this offense anymore.

Please pick him up so that his rostership percentage is too high for me to be able to talk about him on this website again.

JaMycal Hasty, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars (9% rostered Yahoo / 1.8% rostered ESPN)

It brings me great joy to write about Hasty, a personal favorite player of mine and the only NFL player who follows me on Twitter. The third-year back out of Baylor has done fairly well with the sparse opportunities he's received in his career as a member of the San Francisco 49ers and now, with the Jaguars, he may have room for more.

While I do not believe he is necessarily worth rostering in a shallow ten-team league with small benches, Hasty has an interesting chance to be the RB2 behind Travis Etienne now that James Robinson is on the New York Jets.

Top Wide Receiver Adds

Van Jefferson, WR, Los Angeles Rams (15% rostered on Yahoo / 10.6% rostered ESPN)

Move over, Ben Skowronek: Van Jefferson is back, baby. Last season, Jefferson was a fairly impactful asset to the Rams' offense, with 50 receptions on 89 targets, 802 receiving yards, and six touchdowns. That production was good enough to see Jefferson finish as the WR36 overall in PPR scoring, according to FantasyData.

Now that he's coming back from a knee injury, Jefferson has a chance to immediately walk in and become the Rams' WR2.

Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, New York Giants (48% rostered Yahoo / 31.4% rostered ESPN)

Again, kind of cheating by talking about a player I've already written plenty about, but he's still available in over half of Yahoo and ESPN leagues. I recently released an article diving deep into the fantasy value that Robinson provides, but the short of it is that he has already become the Giants' WR1 in less than a month/only playing around half of the snaps over the last two weeks.

You must add Robinson to your bench if he is still available on your waiver wire. It's almost a crime that he's still this broadly free.
