Welcome to my 2022 NFL DFS Week 3 DraftKings Picks! Last week, I went two for four with our DraftKings DFS picks but it was an odd week at running back. I managed to take down several small field tournaments despite Javonte Williams' disappointing score.
Let's take a look at how Fantasy Six Pack's DraftKings projections faired last week.
Kudos to those of you who went with the Tua Tagovailoa/Tyreek Hill/Jaylen Waddle stacks and ran it back with Mark Andrews. Lamar Jackson was the top projected and finished as the top scoring QB, but Tua's salary allowed you to go with the Milly making double stack.
Carson Wentz was my pick last week and exceeded expectations!
At running back, Jonathan Taylor failed to meet our expectations, as have the Indianapolis Colts through the first two weeks of the NFL season. Nick Chubb's three touchdowns lead him to the top of the RB chart, exceeding expectations - and the Browns still lost!
Jets rookie WR Garrett Wilson helped lead New York's come-from-behind win over Cleveland, going for over 100 yards on eight receptions (14 targets) and two touchdowns! There were a handful of wide receivers who exceeded expectations, including Detroit Lions Amon-Ra St. Brown who has become one of the most consistent pass catchers in the league.
Our top value WR of the week, Greg Dortch, caught all four targets for 55 yards and a touchdown.
You pretty much had to pay up for Mark Andrews at the tight end position in Week 2. He almost scored twice as many points as the TE2!
Before we dive into this week's picks, let me put out a disclaimer that these picks are for GPP tournaments. The picks represent some of the best per dollar values at each position while taking into account ceiling. These picks do not consider field ownership.
