Welcome to 2022 NFL Week 14 Thursday Night Football Prop Bets!
Wow this NFL season is flying by. Not many more of these columns left! Which I'm sure some of you are glad to hear. I still love you. Mostly.
After a so-so Thanksgiving, we in fact did not bounce back on Thursday night football last week, going 1-2. Rhamondre Stevenson kept up his receiving numbers, but his teammate Jakobi Meyers struggled. Whether the Bills' secondary got to him or due to his injury I'm not sure. Given his part-time snap share, I believe it was due to injury. Full disclosure, I wasn't able to watch the game due to sickness, hence my guessing with Meyers. Damar Hamlin got up for four tackles, missing his line by two tack+ast. Just gotta move on.
This week, the stumbling Los Angeles Rams host the surging Las Vegas Raiders. Las Vegas is favored by six and the O/U is set at 44.
Las Vegas has won their last three games after going 2-7 in their first nine. There's concern Josh Jacobs will miss this game, which would be a huge blow to their offense. If all else fails, they have Davante Adams, who is on an absolute tear. More on him in a minute!
Los Angeles' fall from grace is one of the worst I can remember. While injuries have certainly played their part, even the start to their season when fully healthy wasn't great. Their offense was lifeless outside of Cooper Kupp, then he got hurt. Cam Akers and Kyren Williams are doing ok for what it's worth, but it's taken a while to get to that point. Let's not forget Akers was in trade talks earlier this season. Allen Robinson disappointed when he played and is also now out for the year. Matthew Stafford is on IR. It's a mess.
On that sad note, let's talk props!
