Obviously, a lot changed throughout the offseason, with several title contenders overhauling their lineups.
Boston, Milwaukee, and Phoenix made the most substantial adjustments, with Jrue Holiday eventually joining the Celtics after Damian Lillard's transfer to the Bucks set things in motion and Bradley Beal being dealt early to the Suns.

2023-24 Fantasy Basketball Week 1 Planner
Week 1 Streamer Consideration
It is important to decide who to stream (assuming you can get ahead of your opponents on the wire).
There are two light game days in Week 1, and a number of teams will have to deal with a back-to-back. Eight teams have a back-to-back on Friday and Saturday, while six others have one that starts on the final day of the game week. The schedule for Week 1 is listed below.
Memphis Grizzlies
Xavier Tillman (PF/C)
Both Brandon Clarke and Steven Adams will be missing the entire 2023–24 season. Tillman should still see steady minutes as a starter; there is no reason he should be a free agent in standard fantasy leagues with the recent news of Adams and the suspension of Ja Morant.

Golden State Warriors
Jonathan Kuminga (PF)
With the Warriors' only significant offseason modification being the trade of Jordan Poole for Chris Paul, Kuminga has an opportunity to flourish. The veteran Paul is expected to lead the second unit, and the outstanding playmaker might assist Kuminga in finding easier looks off the bench. His efficiency and longevity may make him an appealing streaming option.
