Week 13 is upon us, and the trade rumors are swirling, just weeks away from the trade deadline. The two names floating around are Pascal Siakam and Dejounte Murray, who could make a move to a potential contender. The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors are posed to make moves to keep the championship window open for their superstars Stephen Curry and LeBron James. Things are about to change in the league, and the 2023–24 Fantasy Basketball Week 13 Planner has got you covered!

Streamer Consideration

The deep-league choices are the main emphasis of this week's fantasy basketball waiver wire piece; all eight of the recommended adds are rostered in no more than 32% of leagues. Whichever leagues you choose, the majority of these players ought to be available. Short-term consideration aside, a few of these guys might even be valuable additions in 10- and 12-team leagues.

Moritz Wagner, Orlando Magic (C)

Wagner is averaging 18.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.3 threes in 31.6 minutes over the past three games. Wendell Carter Jr. is still questionable because of his right knee tendonitis. Orlando is getting a bad reputation for declaring injured players as day-to-day when the problem is actually more chronic. Carter might be about to get back into the mix, but it's also possible that he will miss another month or longer. Wagner provides powerful offensive weaponry. Wagner might be worth adding if Carter is already on your roster.

Duop Reath, Portland Trail Blazers (C)

Like Wendell Carter Jr., Deandre Ayton is suffering from knee tendinitis, which has caused him to miss nine games and counting. In contrast, Reath has averaged 11.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.5 threes, 1.3 assists, and 1.0 blocks in 28.2 minutes across his last four games. In the latter part of the season, Reath might be heavily relied upon, given Ayton's limitations and Robert Williams' (knee) season-ending injury. Nonetheless, if Ayton is out for at least another week, he's a great streaming option.

Alec Burks, Detroit Pistons (PG, SG, SF)

Even on the weakest teams, guys put up numbers and Burks has been filling it up lately. In the last nine games, Burks has averaged 17.0 points, 3.0 three-pointers, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 23.5 minutes, scoring in double figures each night. Burks is someone who should be taken into consideration for anyone who needs some extra scoring, even though it would be surprising if he can maintain this level of performance for the remainder of the year.
