Buy Low Candidates

Josh Jacobs, RB, Las Vegas Raiders

Jacobs has been victimized by the game script and poor quarterback play the past couple of weeks. The Raiders were constantly playing from behind in a blowout loss to Chicago.

Starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo should be back for their next game, which will help prevent defenses from stacking the box against Jacobs. The volume is still there as a true three-down back, so Jacobs is worth adding to your team. He can still put up RB1 numbers for the rest of the season.

Saquon Barkley, RB, New York Giants

This one is technically a "buy-high", as Barkley has played quite well in his two games back from a high ankle sprain. He is only going to get better, with juicy matchups against the Jets and Raiders. He has shown no workload limitations since returning and is a factor in the receiving game.

Barkley will have the added benefit of stud left tackle Andrew Thomas returning next week, who is the Giants' best offensive lineman by lightyears. More running lanes should open up, and more touchdowns will come as a result. Cough up an early to mid first if you are a competitor, as Barkley can be a league winner.

Sell Highs

Christian Kirk, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars offense has started to find its stride, scoring over 30 points in each of their last two games. Christian Kirk has been the wideout who has benefited thus far, scoring a 40-yard touchdown Thursday night. The offense has a lot of weapons, including Calvin Ridley, Zay Jones, and Evan Engram. Jones has been out with an injury, allowing for more chances for Kirk.

With Jones returning soon, and a lot of mouths to feed in this offense, Kirk is due for some regression to the mean. If you can get a solid return for Kirk, now is the time to do so. Ridley will not stay quiet forever.

Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts

With Anthony Richardson out for the year, the Colts offense is undergoing a change. Gardner Minshew steps in as the signal caller, and he seems to have a new favorite receiver in Josh Downs. Pittman salvaged his day with a 75-yard score, but he only saw five targets total.

Pittman may be the WR2 in Indy, so it could be a good time to sell after a quality fantasy performance. Even if he is the "alpha" receiver in Indy, the Colts offense will run through Richardson and Jonathan Taylor for years to come.
