We finally made it to the Fantasy Baseball Championships!

This is the last week of the Fantasy season and we are here to help you win your league! To everyone who has followed us all season - thank you! Without further ado, here is the final 2023 Fantasy Baseball Pitching Planner (9/25 - 10/1).

We are back this week to make sure you win your Fantasy Baseball league. Focus in on this week's pitching planner and check out the two-start matchups. There are a lot of studs and duds that need a second look based on the analytics. You may think it's a no-brainer to start your ace, but I'm here to make you think differently...and win your championship!

The 2023 Fantasy Baseball Pitching Planner (9/25 - 10/1) includes a table listing all the two-start pitchers and their grades for each matchup, based on opposing team wRC+ splits. This table can help when it comes to deciding whether to actually plug in a two-start pitcher or not. Just because you have a pitcher with two starts that week doesn't necessarily mean you should start him, especially in playoffs!

Now let's go win the 'ship!

Two-Start Pitchers

Luis Castillo, Mariners (HOU, TEX)

Oh man... not the two-start matchup you want to see on the final week of the season. Listen, Castillo is an Ace, there's no doubt about that. However, the Astros and Rangers pose as big-time offensive threats. It really comes down to "can you afford to let him ride?" He's gotten you here, so you might want to roll the dice but beware!

Blake Snell, Padres (@SF, @CHW)

This couldn't be more ideal for fantasy owners. First off, we may be looking at the NL Cy Young Award winner. The lefty has dominated 2023 with a 2.33 ERA and 227 strikeouts in 174 innings. He is coming off a massive 10k performance too. Enjoy the ride -- this one should be fun!

Michael King, Yankees (@TOR, @KC)

King looks legit. In his last start, the righty went seven innings striking out a whopping 13 batters. He has extremely high strikeout potential, and even though he faces the Blue Jays this week, I believe he is a must start option. Any time you can get those kinds of numbers from a guy, you have to let him rip. King is pitching his spot into the 2024 Yankees rotation and I want to be a part of the journey.

Bobby Miller, Dodgers (@COL, @SF)

Yes, Bobby Miller is pitching at Coors Field, but it doesn't matter. The kid has been phenomenal this season. Expect another solid game. I also love him in San Francisco. The Giants struggle with strikeouts and Bobby can mow hitters down with the best of 'em. The Dodgers are going to want to get their youngin' right for playoffs, so expect him to have a long leash in both games.
