Hello Fantasy nerds! NFL Week 9 has wrapped up, which means it is time to discuss the 2023 Fantasy Football Week 10 Waiver Wire!
What a wild ride Week 9 was. We had a good week of football with the first ever game over in Germany taking place and the Kansas City Chiefs coming away victorious over the Miami Dolphins. Plus, America's Game of the Week lived up to the hype as the Philadelphia Eagles beat Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys in a thrilling game.
At this point of the season, every fantasy team is dealing with injuries or draft-day busts on their teams. That means this week the waiver wire is more imperative, especially with the Chiefs, Dolphins, Eagles, and Rams all on bye. Although this week looks to be a little weak on the waiver wire I should still be able to help you out.
In this article, we will be targeting players on the waiver wire who are under 50% owned on the FantasyPros consensus roster percentage.
At this point in the season, we are starting to get larger sample sizes, so it can be hard to find that waiver wire darling because the cupboards are bare. I am here to help with that. Now let's jump into the 2023 Fantasy Football Week 10 Waiver Wire!

Top Waiver Adds
Demario Douglas, WR, New England Patriots (27.1% Rostered)
Demario Douglas was everyone's sneaky waiver wire play last week including making my list as well. He was fine, Douglas once again saw seven targets catching five of them for 57 yards finishing as WR29 on the week. He was tied for the team lead in targets with JuJu Smith-Schuster as well and first in snaps played at the position with 53 which was 82% of the teams total snaps.
This offense lacks playmakers and that is exactly what Douglas is as he is explosive ranking in the 96th percentile in burst score on playerprofiler.com. The Patriots will continue to try and manufacture touches for him and he now deserves to be looked at for your roster. He also gets a good matchup against the Colts this week who have given up the 13th most fantasy points to the wide receiver position.
Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington Commanders (41.3% Rostered)

Antonio Gibson is quietly becoming a factor for this Washington Commanders offense. They are using him the way we all wanted them to, and that's in the passing game. The former college wide receiver has seen 10 targets in the past two weeks catching all 10 of them.
Gibson has now finished inside the top 30 in running backs in four of the past five weeks in PPR formats meaning he needs to be rostered. It's just about a 60-40 split with Brian Robinson seeing the bulk of the snaps which is fine because Gibson has a defined role. They get Seattle this week who has given up the 11th most fantasy points to the position. Gibson is not a lineup lock by any means, he just deserves to be rostered in more than 50% of leagues.
Noah Brown, WR, Houston Texans (13.1% Rostered)

Since coming back from IR in Week 6, Noah Brown has seen at least five targets in each game. Brown has played over 70% of the snaps the last two games so he has a role in this offense while Robert Woods continues to be sidelined with an injury.
Moving forward we would like to think the Texans will start to trust C.J. Stroud more moving forward and let him chuck it. Brown is a big play guy with him catching a 75-yard touchdown last week and finishing as the WR2.
The game environment this weekend for this Houston offense could be good for fantasy purposes when taking on the Bengals. The Bengals offense is humming right now which could lead to an early lead. This means more pass attempts for the Texans offense. Brown could be a bye week fill-in this week in a pinch.
Keaton Mitchell, RB, Baltimore Ravens (2.5% Rostered)

Keaton Mitchell is an interesting name on this list. He produced in a Week 9 blowout against the Seattle Seahawks. Mitchell saw nine carries while rushing for 138 yards for a touchdown. He took place in one of the biggest plays in the NFL breaking a 60-yard run for his touchdown.
This backfield is awfully weird. Justice Hill played the most snaps with 48 while Gus Edwards and Keaton Mitchell both played 14 snaps, but they both outproduced Hill. With what we saw from Mitchell I can only imagine we will see more touches for him coming up. It is a tough matchup for him this week against a great Browns offense. So just maybe keep him on your radar.
Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Baltimore Ravens (33.8% Rostered)

We had an Odell Beckham sighting this past weekend. It has been a disappointing start to his career in Baltimore but we are starting to see signs that it's starting to get better. He has seen at least seven targets in two of his past three games, and he finally got in the endzone this past weekend. He caught five of his seven targets for 55 yards finishing as WR15 on the week.
This weekend is a brutal matchup for Odell and the Ravens taking on a Cleveland defense that is great. Do not pick up Odell to play him. Sit him on your bench and let's wait and see what he does in a tough matchup this week. If he plays well again, maybe he gets into the circle of trust.
Darnell Mooney, WR, Chicago Bears (21.6% Rostered)

Darnell Mooney had a little bit of a resurgence this past week catching five of his targets for 82 yards to finish as WR17 on the Week in Half-point PPR formats. Over the last three weeks, he has seen 15 targets, which isn't great but its getting better., and he is getting open. He is also a big play threat as he has recorded a catch of at least 38 yards in three of his past four weeks.
The Bears take on the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football this week, and the Panthers secondary is very banged up. They have been good against the position this season, but Mooney could still be productive as his chemistry grows with Tyson Bagent, or Justin Fields if he comes back this week.
