Point Guard – Lonzo Ball, $29, Chicago Bulls

This is an interesting spot for the point guard position, and I am going out with a risky name. I am really liking Lonzo Ball in an amazing matchup. Lonzo averages over 31 Yahoo DFS points in two games against Detroit this year. I don’t see how Lonzo doesn’t thrive in this spot.

I understand the salary is right in the middle of the range, but this sets up well for the rest of our positions. Lock and load Lonzo to stuff the stat sheet in an easy win for the Bulls!

Other Options – Fred VanVleet and Eric Bledsoe

Shooting Guard – Klay Thompson, $16, Golden State Warriors

How can you not love the return for Klay Thompson? It was electric and I love him on this slate. Klay played starter minutes and came out with a bang, especially with the big-time dunk! I am so happy he is back in the league and I want all of him on this slate at a low-price tag. He played 20 minutes and scored 17 points on 7-18 shooting.

Other Options – Cade Cunningham and Desmond Bane

Shooting Forward – Aaron Gordon, $17, Denver Nuggets

The salary makes sense along with the bump up in usage rate. Will Barton is going into health and safety protocols, so this means more playing time for Gordon. The matchup is in his favor, and I can see the offense running more through him. Gordon is just too cheap for what he can do with his upside.

Other Options- Josh Hart and Scottie Barnes

Power Forward – Jaren Jackson Jr, $31, Memphis Grizzlies

This is an odd position based on the stars we have on this slate. Jackson should destroy the Warriors just like he did last time seeing 32 Fantasy points. Morant will provide upside for him in the paint where the Warriors lack defensively.

I know foul trouble is the worry, but this matchup is just too good for him. I love the price tag on Jackson and can’t wait to see him boom here.

Other Options – Kyle Kuzma and Pascal Siakam

Center – Ivica Zubac, $19, Los Angeles Clippers

I understand the matchup is not the best…I mean it is against Jokic for goodness’ sake, but someone will have to defend him. Zubac will see all the minutes he can handle in this matchup. Zubac has proven he can stay out of foul trouble and compete with the best out there.

At a salary of $19, I don’t see how he can fail here. I trust Zubac to produce quality numbers.

Other Options – Nikola Jokic and Deandre Ayton
