NBA DFS 11-2-23 DraftKings Picks

The holiday season is approaching fast, and I am here to bring you the NBA DFS 11-9-23 DraftKings basketball picks! My name is Cody Cook aka @DProdiogy and I will discuss the 2-game slate.

In our first game, the Milwaukee Bucks who are 3.5-point favorites take on the Indiana Pacers. The over/under is flying in high at 242.5 points.

In our last and second game, the Atlanta Hawks as 2.5-point favorites face off against the young Orlando Magic team. The over/under is coming in at 232.5 points.

Our injury report lists Wendell Carter Junior and Gary Harris listed as out. With those highlighted players as non-options, let's look at the rest of the slate!

PG - Tyrese Haliburton, $10,000, Indiana Pacers

Tyrese Haliburton is the stud I am certainly paying up for. The DraftKings salary is going up and it is well worth it. The lead man on the team has kicked it into high gear for his team.

On a two-game slate, we have to make some tough choices on a short slate. The assist numbers are through the roof. Furthermore, I am banking on the three-point shot to connect for him which equals DraftKings royalty for us!

Other Options- Trae Young and Damian Lillard

SG - Cole Anthony, $6,000, Orlando Magic

This may be a hot take but Cole Anthony hasn't been terrible this season. You may look at the price tag and think there is no way I am paying the DraftKings price tag. I am taking the risk on such a short slate.

This will be a high-paced game and I understand how his minutes are all over the place. When he booms though, he has upside for a 40 DraftKings points game. He has the potential to play starting minutes in the lineup as well. Take the risk for the reward!

Other Options- Jalen Suggs and Buddy Hield

SF - Bogdan Bogdanovic, $4,400, Atlanta Hawks

Talk about risks huh! The value play I am taking another risk on is Bogdan Bogdanovic. I am trusting his minutes will tick up slightly and he is seeing over 20 minutes a game. I am bouncing for the potential performance of knocking down three-pointers.

His fantasy value will depend on him knocking down three-pointers. In the past two games, he has 8 and 10 attempts beyond the arc. To add to the impact of the past two games, he has earned over 25 DraftKings points. The sky is the limit...or at least the potential for 30 DraftKings points.

Other Options- Jae Crowder and Bruce Brown

PF - Jalen Johnson, $6,300, Atlanta Hawks

Improvement. That is the keyword that I love using for Jalen Johnson. He has taken a huge step up in his game and is proving his worth to the Atlanta Hawks team. He is well worth the price tag in a balanced DraftKings lineup.

The two-year and first-round pick from 2021 is averaging 14.3 points per game. He is easily the third man on offense behind the two alphas in Dejounte Murray and Trae Young. Not only is his offense on the rise but the defensive skills in blocks and steals are coming up. Roster him at this price tag while you can!

Other Options- Bobby Portis and Giannis Antetokounmpo

C - Goga Bitadze, $5,400, Orlando Magic

Goga Bitadze took the starting role as center on the Orlando Magic team now after the injury bug hit Wendell Carter Junior. In the past two games, he has seen 26 and 22 minutes. He certainly took advantage by earning 37 and 20 fantasy points.

I understand how that is a large gap in DraftKings points but it shows the upside is there for him to hit value. At a cheap price tag in the middle of the range, simply 25 DraftKings points can make sure you hit value. The blocks will certainly help out his stats which you love to see!

Other Options- Brook Lopez and Clint Capela
