Welcome to the NBA DFS 3-12-21 DraftKings picks article!

Last night there was an enormous eleven-game slate but tonight we still get a good mix in the player pool with a seven-game main slate!

Making the right picks will be crucial tonight with so many games to choose from.

These are the higher-priced players I expect to pay off.

7 Game Slate

76ers @ Wizards
Cavaliers @ Pelicans
Nuggets @ Grizzlies
Magic @ Spurs
Heat @ Bulls
Rockets @ Jazz
Pacers @ Lakers

Donovan Mitchell,  Utah Jazz, ($8,800)

Spida has been having a career season so far averaging career highs in points, rebounds, and assists. Mitchell has scored less than 20 points only once over the past month which was a blowout victory over the Lakers.

Mitchell will be licking his chops when he faces off against the Rockets. They're currently allowing the second-most DK points and scoring points to shooting guards this season.

He should be a lock to reach value, the only concern would be his minutes being limited due to a blowout.

Bradley Beal, Washington Wizards, ($9,700)

If Beal is able to play tonight (left knee), I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up scoring the most points on the slate. The NBA's leading scorer is averaging 32.5 points per game and is second in the league in usage rate.

The 76ers defense has been horrible defending shooting guards, allowing the most points per game (25.51) to the position. The defense will be even worse without Ben Simmons due to COVID-19 protocols.

Beal scored 30 against the 76ers the first game and 60 in the second game back in January.

Dejounte Murray, San Antonio Spurs, ($7,500)

Murray has shown flashes this season of the potential he has to be one of the best two-way players in the league. He's averaging a career-high 15.6 points, 7 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game.

His ability to stuff the stat sheet makes him valuable, especially if he isn't having a great offensive night. The Magic are currently giving up 53.20 DK points per game to point guards, third-worst in the league.

The Magic have been hit with injuries and their defense has been tied for the worst defense in the league over the past three games.

Look for the offense to run through Murray with teammate DeMar DeRozan expected to miss tonight's game (personal reasons).

Jimmy Butler, Miami Heat, ($9,200)

Butler has been carrying the Heat this season as they have dealt with injuries and COVID. Over the past three games, he has averaged 57.6 DK points per game.

Although his scoring can be streaky, Butler is also a stat padder and he's averaging career highs in rebounds (7.5) and assists (8.0) per game.

He's currently playing at a career-high usage rate (27.4%) which will be even higher with the injury to Bam Ambeyado, a recipe for success against a bad Bulls defense.

Tobias Harris, Philidelphia 76ers, ($8,300)

There was a lot of talk about Harris being snubbed from the All-Star game and he showed why last night. He scored 24 points in 25 minutes in a blowout against the Bulls in which he didn't play the entire fourth quarter.

Up next he's up against the Wizards who have one of the worst defenses in the league. They're currently giving up 119.4 points per game which is second-worst in the league.

With the absence of Ben Simmons (COVID-19 protocol) look for Harris to step up and fill the void in not only scoring but also passing, he's averaging a career-high (3.4) in assists.

Both teams are in the top five in the league when it comes to pace so I expect this to be another high-scoring game.

Brandon Ingram, New Orleans Pelicans, ($8,300)

Ingram has continued to grow as a player and show his potential as a scoring threat. He's currently averaging 23.6 points per game and has improved his assists as well.

I expect Zion Williamson to get all of the attention which should open up things for Ingram who is currently in the middle of a scoring slump. He has scored less than 20 points in the last two games but I expect that to change tonight.

The Cavaliers are average in guarding the small forward position but they don't have anyone on the roster that is capable of guarding the former All-Star.
