on

Welcome to the NBA DFS 3-19-21 DraftKings picks article!

Last night there was a modest six-game slate but tonight we will have a sizeable slate with a ten-game main slate!

Making the right picks will be crucial tonight with so many games to choose from.

These are the higher-priced players I expect to pay off.

10 Game Slate

Kings @ Celtics
Spurs @ Cavs
Nets @ Magic
Jazz @ Raptors
Pacers @ Heat
Pistons @ Rockets
Warriors @ Grizzlies
Bulls @ Nuggets
Timberwolves @ Suns
Mavs @ Blazers

Guards

Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns, ($7,800)

Booker is coming off 35 point performance against the Timberwolves last night. Look for him to go off once again as the Timberwolves have been one of the worst defenses in the league all season.

Back on February 28th, Book hung a season-high 43 points on this same defense.

You could stack him with Chris Paul as this will be another high-scoring game which will be due in part of the guards’ play.

Booker is easily a must-start at $7,800, I expect him to smash value again in a revenge game.

Luka Doncic, Dallas Mavericks, ($10,700)

Luka continues his MVP campaign with a 42 point explosion against the Clippers on Wednesday. His third 40 point game this season.

Going against the Blazers I expect Luka to be able to take advantage of the defensively weak backcourt. The Blazers give up the most DK points to point guards at 52.39 per game.

With both teams being bad defensively this will be a high-scoring game and I expect him to have at least 30 points in this game.

Luka leading the league in usage easily has the highest ceiling on this slate tonight.

James Harden, Brooklyn Nets, ($11,000)

No Kevin Durant or Kyrie Irving, no problem. Harden has been carrying the Nets this season while KD and Irving have been in and out of the lineup. However, no matter who is in the lineup he’s been unstoppable.

After coming off a whopping 40 point triple-double performance against the Pacers, the Beard will go up against the Magic. The Magic allow the third-most DK points (52.37) to point guards per game.

The former MVP will torture the poor Orlando backcourt which has been decimated with injuries all season.

There is a concern that Harden’s time may be cut due to a blowout, after only playing 33 minutes the last time he faced them.

Forwards

Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics, ($8,900)

The Celtics have been a disappointment this year despite Tatum’s all-star season. Look for him to take matters into his own hands as they look to end this two-game losing streak facing the Kings tonight.

The Kings allow the most points per game (22.76) to the power forward position. Tatum almost had a triple-double the last time he faced the Kings in February, ending the game with 27 points, 9 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Ranked currently fourth in shot attempts in the league (20.71), I expect him to have a monster game offensively with the Kings’ fast pace and bad defense.

Michael Porter Jr, Denver Nuggets, ($6,700)

Last year’s NBA breakout player in the bubble has shown that scoring potential this season. Over the past five games, he has scored at least 20 points.

The Bulls are one of the worst defensive teams in the league and I expect Porter to continue his streak of scoring 20 or more points.

MPJ ended the game with 43.3 DK points when he faced the Bulls earlier this month, finishing the game with 17 points and 15 rebounds.

Jerami Grant, Detroit Pistons, ($7,200)

With the Pistons going through another rebuild, Grant has taken advantage of the opportunity and is making a case for Most Improved Player of the Year honors.

Houston has been an eyesore to watch all season, losing a franchise-record 18 consecutive games.

The Rockets have become a team that you must start the opposing teams best players because they are that bad. Grant is no exception and at $7,200 he’s hard to ignore going against G-League players.

He finished with 21 points and 7 rebounds the last time he faced them back in January.
