The cheap pairing is the Pacers Caris LeVert ($6,600) and Doug McDermott ($4,700). LeVert is averaging 14.8 points since making his Pacers debut, and McDermott is averaging 15.9 points in his last ten games.

Point Guard
Tyrese Haliburton, Sacramento Kings $5,700

Haliburton was shooting well before he injured his calf. He averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.8 steals in his previous ten games before his injury.
Since returning from injury, he is slowly regaining his shot. Haliburton is averaging 11 points, 3.6 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and one steal in his previous seven games. He is coming off a 28 point night against Cleveland, so all signs point up for Haliburton.
He is facing off against the Atlanta Hawks, who allow 25.1 points, 8.2 assists, and 5.9 rebounds per game to point guards this season.
Shooting Guard
Malik Monk, Charlotte Hornets $4,300
After a six-game streak where he averaged 22 points, 3.7 rebounds, and two assists, Malik Monk has cooled down.
He is averaging 8.6 points, two rebounds, and 1.7 assists in his previous seven games, so a significant decrease in production.
Monk will be getting extra minutes with LeMelo Ball being out with a broken wrist. Tonight, Monk should prove that he can handle the increased workload (plus, he'll regain his shot) since he plays the Rockets.
Houston allows the second-most fantasy points to shooting guards this season. They've allowed 24.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game to shooting guards.
Small Forward
Dorian Finney-Smith, Dallas Mavericks $4,100
Finney-Smith has been a hopeful play for most of the season. He puts in the work on the boards and is always willing to pass the ball for a better shot. The only inconsistent part of his game is his scoring, but his matchup against the Timberwolves should provide him a chance at having a double-digit game.
The Timberwolves allow 22.5 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game to small forwards this season.
Power Forward
Danuel House Jr., Houston Rockets $4,900
House missed a few games with a knee injury but has been consistent since returning. He is averaging 12.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in his previous four games.
The Hornets have struggled at stopping all forwards, especially power forwards (where House is playing most of the time). Charlotte allows the most fantasy points to power forwards; they've allowed 24.2 points, 10.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists per game to power forwards this season.
Rumors keep popping up about the Rockets trading Victor Oladipo. So, it's reasonable to believe House could receive more minutes since they'll put Oladipo on minute restrictions to prevent injury before a trade.
Center
Jarrett Allen, Cleveland Cavaliers $7,600

Allen has been a double-double machine lately; he is averaging 11.3 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.2 blocks in his last ten games. He has been a monster in the paint since joining the Cavaliers; Allen is averaging 13.6 points, 9.7 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, and 1.6 assists during his time in Cleveland.
The Bulls have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to centers. Chicago allows 24.7 points, 14.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game to centers. Allen is going to destroy the Bulls and save you some dollars to spend elsewhere.
