NBA DFS Yahoo Breakdown

Cody Cook, aka @DProdiogy, here breaking down the NBA DFS 3-30-23 Yahoo Breakdown of the two-game NBA slate!

The end of March is here and the season is close to coming to a close!

Our first game up is the Boston Celtics in a tight game as 3-point favorites against the Milwaukee Bucks. The over/under is at 236 points.

As 7-point favorites, the New Orleans Pelicans are facing off against the Denver Nuggets in our last game.

Our injury report lists Zion Williamson and Jose Alvarado listed as out. With those two players highlighted players as non-options, let's look at the rest of the slate.

Point Guard - Jamal Murray, $29, Denver Nuggets

On a two-game slate, we have the big news of Nikola Jokic labeled with a questionable tag. The All-Star guard could see a massive usage use bump that would offer us incentive on the slate.

Jamal Murray accrued 36, 44, and 53 fantasy points in three games in January when Nikola Jokic was off the court. If Nikola Jokic is in, the Blue Arrow is still an excellent option based on the price tag on Yahoo.

Other Options-Jrue Holiday and Marcus Smart

Shooting Guard - Kentavious Caldwell Pope, $13, Denver Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets are a team I am targeting based on the matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans. The former Los Angeles Lakers guard and consistent minutes bring the most value to the shooting guard position.

This month, we have seen flashes of upside in games where Kentavious Caldwell Pope has earned over 30 fantasy points when the shooting stroke is on fire!

Other Options-Joe Ingles and Derrick White

Small Forward - Jayson Tatum, $46, Boston Celtics

Overall the slate offers many stud-worthy options and Jayson Tatum along with our power forward option are two that will be in a battle. The two-time all NBA has stepped up massively over Jaylen Brown on the Boston Celtics.

In February when these two teams played against each other, we didn't see Jayson Tatum on the floor and the motivation is there for him to show why he is worthy of MVP consideration.

Other Options-Brandon Ingram and Bruce Brown

Power Forward - Giannis Antetokounmpo, $56, Milwaukee Bucks

I can't wait to see the heated battle between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jayson Tatum on the court. The team total that the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks offers is sky-high which have seen in past matchups.

The seven-time NBA All-Star speaks for himself and is a must-have on the slate based on only two games.

Other Options-Herbert Jones and Al Horford

Center - Thomas Bryant, $10, Denver Nuggets

The biggest news on this small two-game slate features Nikola Jokic as questionable with right calf tightness. Thomas Bryant will see a massive boost in his playing time.

The former Washington Wizard has not seen much playing time since being traded to Denver. The minutes though will have to go to Thomas Bryant if Nikola Jokic is out and all signs are pointing to him sitting. If Nikola Jokic is in, the pivots below will offer stability!

Other Options-Bobby Portis and Larry Nance Junior
