Welcome to my way too Early 2021 Fantasy Football Rankings. Yes, it’s early, but you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t want to have some fun looking at some rankings.
Currently, the NFL Playoffs are ongoing. There weren’t too many surprises in the divisional round with the exception of the Browns smoking the Steelers. I’m looking forward to seeing who gets to the big game.
Anyway, let’s get to why you are here. I’ve decided to take this time to present to you my 2021 Fantasy Football Rankings, yes the way too early variety.
2021 Rookies

My rankings currently do not include Rookies (exception Trevor Lawrence who I fully expect to be a Jaguar next season). Rookies will be added after landing spots have been decided. However, my top-5 rookies before the NFL draft for fantasy are…
I want to add that if this was a dynasty league and I was QB needy team, I would seriously consider taking Trevor Lawrence early. I think he will be a difference-maker for along time.

Free Agents

Back to the rankings. There will be a ton to change as well with free agency coming as well. There are a lot of big names that could be moving such as…
- Dak Prescott
- Chris Godwin
- Allen Robinson
- Kenny Golladay
- Will Fuller V
- JuJu Smith-Schuster
- Hunter Henry
- Aaron Jones
Where the free agents land will have an impact not just on their fantasy value. It will also have an impact on the team the sign and leave (if applicable).
Quarterbacks on the move
There are also quite a few trade rumors floating around already involving some pretty high-profile quarterbacks. Deshawn Watson and Aaron Rodgers both could be on the move this spring/summer. Watson seems the most likely to be traded as he has already requested a trade. Rodgers is unknown, but the sound bite from his interview after the NFC Championship loss did not sound great if you’re a Packers fan.
If quarterbacks the likes of Rodgers and Watson do change teams, that is going to shuffle a lot of things in the rankings.
Of course, Drew Brees what seems to be likely retirement will change things as well. Alvin Kamara and Michael Thomas will likely dip a bit depending on who his replacement is.
Then there is Matthew Stafford, Jared Goff and Jimmy Garoppolo trade rumors. Those would have an impact, but not as large as Watson and Rodgers. Their values would probably stay the same, but their new teammates would depend on who the quarterbacks are replacing.
