Welcome back to the 2022 NFL Week 4 Monday Night Football Prop Bets!
We had a profitable night last Monday, splitting our straight bets but cashed the +850 SGP thanks to some unders coming through. Let's keep it rolling here in Week 4.
It's another NFC divisional matchup this Monday night, this time on the west coast. The 49ers will host the Rams in their first matchup of 2022. San Francisco swept Los Angeles in the regular season last year and are 7-4 since Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay have matched up as head coaches.
The Jimmy Garoppolo-led Niners are currently 1.5-point home favorites over Matthew Stafford and the Rams, with the total sitting at 42.5. Four of the last five games for LA have gone under the total, while 10 of the last 11 have gone under for the San Fran. I'm not a big under guy, but after last week and this trend, I may have to start coming around to the idea.
Both offenses are bottom-5 in the league in pace so it's no surprise to see the low total. Between the slow pace and poor quarterback play on both sides, we shouldn't expect to see the offensive fireworks we got to watch last night between the Chiefs and Bucs.
These Monday night games have really been lacking on the offensive side of the ball through the first three weeks. So far, not one game has topped 40 total points (33, 31, & 39). Unfortunately, we may be in for much of the same again tonight, but at least we can make it interesting and try to win some money.
All of my bets will be to win 1 unit unless noted otherwise. (“Risk” 1u on underdogs, “To Win” 1u on favorites).
