Fantasy Football can be frustrating and things don’t always work out the way you want them to. You’re always going to have that guy on your bench that outscores your starter – that’s part of playing Fantasy Football.

Each week you need to evaluate your team and make those tough decisions about who you think you can drop to pick up that hot waiver wire commodity. Sometimes the decision is hard to make. It is either a player you thought was a sleeper or a player that is a big name that should be performing better. Either way you had more expectations for those players and its hard to let go.

I get it, but I'm here to help you make those tough decisions. Below you will find the Week 9 Fantasy Football Players to Drop.

Week 9 Fantasy Football Players to Drop

Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles

Carson Wentz is a good quarterback and a future bright star at the position. However, he is not a fantasy commodity at this time, averaging less than 13 fantasy points per game.

Currently with 20 options at the quarterback position that are performing better for Fantasy Football purposes, Wentz can be dropped.

CJ Anderson, RB, Denver Broncos

Anderson was placed on IR last week rendering him useless for the rest of this Fantasy season.

Will Fuller, WR, Houston Texans

Over the past four games Fuller has averaged one point per game. The Texans offense has been horrendous, even DeAndre Hopkins can’t perform. Therefore, with Brock Osweiler throwing the ball, Fuller will continue to be fantasy irrelevant.

Andre Johnson, WR, Tennessee Titans

Breaking my own ownership percentage rules, but I figured this was worth mentioning.

Former Texans star wide receiver, Andre Johnson, has retired from the NFL. This now marks two weeks in a row of former Texans stars retiring.

Congratulations Andre Johnson on an outstanding career. He can now safely be dropped, if owned.

TJ Yeldon, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars

I advocated for the dropping of Yeldon in last weeks article. My opinion has not changed. The Jaguars still look to have a terrible offense. Maybe the firing of their offensive coordinator turns things around, but that is a big maybe. Therefore, for now Yeldon should not be owned.
